Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,1. Guest(s) agrees to No House parties in units or anywhere on the property and to abide by maximum occupancy rules and association rules at all times.
  • 2. Guests are responsible for actions of all guests at all times who are occupying the unit.
  • 3. Guest are responsible for All contents in the unit from check-in to check-out.
  • 4. Guest agrees to leave property as they found it - remove All trash - remove items from fridge - wash and put away all dishes - lock All doors upon departure.
  • 5. Guest agrees to Not smoke in unit - if smoking is permitted on the balcony guest agrees to keep doors closed and dispose of all butts in proper way. If unit smells of smoke an additional charge will apply to rid unit of smell and clean up.
  • 6. Guest understands that most units do not allow pets. Units that do allow pets must be approved with us prior to arrival and an additional fee will apply. Evidence of a pet in a unit that was not pre-approved will be charged a minimum $300 fee and will be evicted from the unit with loss of monies.
  • 7. Guest agrees to leave the same number of keys and/or Fobs left for you upon arrival on the counter upon departure. A $150 fee will be charged for lost keys/fobs.
  • 8. Any illegal activity or violations of the house rules or condo association rules may result in immediate eviction of the property with loss of all monies and will be reported to local law enforcement and Property Manager.
  • 9. Any guest who does not abide by house rules is subject to additional charges and will be reported to Property Manager.
