This is a charmingly coastal decorated two-bedroom, two bath, first floor condo. This property has so many enjoyable features, such as, two pools, two boardwalks to the beach, outdoor shared charcoal grills, a playground, tennis courts, and you’ll have so much fun on the Pickle Ball court. The complex is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Enter through the front door into the entry hallway to the open concept of the living, dining, and kitchen area. To the right is the kitchen, with all sleek stainless appliances, and a farmhouse sink to match, gorgeous granite countertops, and all the utensils you will need to prepare your meals, and both a regular drip and a Keurig style coffee maker. The dining table is a tall style table with three tall chairs, additional seating with three barstools at the kitchen bar. Relax in the living area on a reclining loveseat with a matching sofa, end tables with lamps, a large flat screen TV with Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi. The door to the outside patio where you will find four outdoor chairs to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee, or evening cocktail. Back inside down the hallway, behind the barn door to the right, is a stackable washer & dryer for your use, while you are here, a fine added bonus. To the left is BD1) this room has a queen-size bed, a set of twin size bunk beds, nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a TV with Wi-Fi. At the end of the hallway is BA1) in this full-size bath is a lovely tiled walk-in shower, and a granite countertop with a sink. On the right side of the hall is BD2) the master, and it comes complete with a king size bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, a closet, and a TV with Wi-Fi. The ensuite full bath has another appealing walk-in shower, granite countertops with a sink, and plenty of cabinets & drawer space.
