Welcome to The Porches. This exquisite five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath, brand-new custom-built home is located in the family-friendly neighborhood of Royal Dunes. This coastal masterpiece of a house features a private heated pool, an elevator, a wheelchair-accessible full bath, a golf cart for your entire stay, and absolutely breathtaking Gulf views from the upper porches.
The fabulous first level has two bedrooms, two full baths, a living area, a small kitchen, and a washer & dryer for your use. BD1) The bunk room features one bunk with a twin over a queen, a twin over a twin, a smart TV, and plenty of built-in drawers and hanging space. BA1) The ensuite full bath has a tiled tub/shower combo and a vanity with dual sinks. BD2) This guest room has a king bed, a closet, a chest, and a smart TV. BA2) This full bath has a gorgeous walk-in shower and a vanity with a sink. It shares an alcove with BD2 and is also accessible to the living/rec room area.
The living area has plenty of seating, including a plush sectional sofa, a side chair, and a smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected.
The small kitchen has a regular-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a Scotsman Top Hat ice maker. Step outside to the gleaming private pool. Here you will find a propane five-burner grill, perfect for cooking a quick snack while you lounge and entertain your family and friends.
The splendid second level has three bedrooms, three full baths, a sitting area, a laundry room, and a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker.
BD3) This guest room has a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a private door to the porch. BA3) The ensuite bath is wheelchair accessible, it’s complete with a tiled walk-in shower with rails and a hand-held shower head, an accessible vanity with a sink, and a closet.
BD4) This guest room has a Queen bed, built-in drawers, hanging space for clothing, and a smart TV. BA4) The ensuite full bath has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and a vanity with a sink.
BD5) The master bedroom is timeless with a four-poster iron king-size bed, a chest, and a smart TV. Walk out the private exit to the porch, and step back in time as you sit on the porch swing and take in the Gulf water view. BA5) The ensuite master bath is very impressive, featuring a decoratively tiled walk-in shower with two shower heads, one rainwater-style shower head, a lavish soaker tub, a vanity with dual sinks, a closet, and a private toilet area.
The sitting area has a sofa and two side chairs, the perfect room to read or enjoy just visiting with guests. There’s also a door to the delightful porches outside.
The third-floor Treasure is just that, an awe-inspiring open-concept design that is sure to please. The inviting living area boosts ample seating with a plush sofa, a matching love seat, two side chairs, a smart TV, and after a long day at the beach in late fall, fire up the gas fireplace.
The massive dining table will comfortably seat ten, with seating for four more at the kitchen island.
The kitchen is positively perfect for the home chef, with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, double ovens, a gas cooktop, and many other special features in this fully equipped space. For the mixologist or the wine Sommelier in the group, a Scotsman nugget ice machine, a wine chiller, a Margaritaville machine, and everything you need from glasses to corkscrews.
Some doors lead out to the porches at both ends of the room, which are the “name” of the home. The Porches are abundant here, and they go all around the house on both levels, two and three, offering Gulf water views and easy summer breezes.
Watch the sun come up in the morning, and if you haven’t seen that big full moon rise out of the ocean, you are missing out. It’s enchanting.
The Porches have been lovingly designed and decorated for the perfect relaxing family beach getaway. Personal touches and special little extras in this home will truly make you feel just that, “Special”…. You will definitely want to come back to “The Porches”….
Boardwalk is located across the street from the house.
There are two Shared pools in the subdivision that you have access to, as well as a hot tub.
