Welcome to the Tipsy Pelican; this charming beach-stilted house is just what you’ve been looking for. It will sleep ten with three bedrooms, two baths, and a private pool. It has parking for up to five vehicles or three and a small boat. And on the location, you can’t beat it, close to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Enter the front door to the open dining, living, and kitchen area.
The living area to the right has a sofa with a lounger on one end, and it also folds out into a queen bed, two reclining chairs, end tables with lamps, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
