Snow Shoes Not Allowed… Yes, you read that right! Don’t bring those snow shoes to this gorgeous coastal decorated townhome, located in the Pirates Bay community.
This newly townhome offers all the amenities you will need to enjoy a relaxing destination get-away!
As you enter through the private breezeway, you are greeted with an open concept living room, kitchen, dining area, and elegant décor. The kitchen has sleek stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, commercial grade ice maker, an air fryer, an ice tea maker, and everything a cook might need to prepare a small snack, or a full gourmet meal.
The dining room has an ample dining table with seating for eight, with additional seating at the bar for two.
The living area has a nice plush sofa, an oversize chair, two extra side chairs, coffee table, lamp, and large flat screen TV with Spectrum cable & Wi-Fi.
The first master bedroom BD1) is located off the living room and has a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, nightstands with lamps, and also has an entrance to the patio area outside. Enter the luxurious ensuite full bath with a tiled walk-in shower with double shower heads as well as dual sinks, and a separate makeup vanity area. Down the hallway from the kitchen on the left is the half bath, in a closet on the left is a full-size washer & dryer for your use during your stay. Across the hall on the right is a walk in pantry. Out to the garage, it has been transformed into a game room with something for the whole family. Complete with a Foosball table, Ping-Pong table, a bar height table with two chairs, and other misc. items for your enjoyment.
Back inside up the stairs to the left is bedroom BD2) also has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, nightstands, lamps, a chest, and a private entrance to the second floor balcony. The ensuite full bath has a tub / shower combo.
Across the hall is BD3) another king size bed, a flat screen TV, nightstands, lamps, and a chest. This bedroom also has a private entrance to the deck. The ensuite full bath has a beautifully tiled, walk-in shower.
There is also a set of built in triple bunk beds in an alcove area, with two twins over a double.
The second-floor deck area is an absolutely wonderful place to enjoy unobstructed views of the Port A Sunsets.
The steps at the end lead down to a paradise of a back yard area. You will feel like you are at a tropical resort when you step into this area, from the landscaping to the mural painted on the fence. It has something for everyone: a soothing heated (for an extra fee) pool, various tables and chairs placed about for your comfort and activities, a wooden swing, a hammock, a propane grill, and a fine outdoor sectional positioned right in front of a large flat screen TV.
The townhome is built on two lots, so there is plenty of parking for at least six vehicles.
