Step into endless entertainment with this newly built 4-bedroom home. Complete with a heated private pool, putting green, and plenty of space to entertain and relax with family and friends. This house has it all and is located in the heart of Historic Port Aransas. Whether you’re driving to the beach in a golf cart or visiting the local shops, the location keeps you within reach of everything Port A has to offer. The spacious driveway can accommodate 5-6 vehicles easily with plenty of space for boats and watercraft. Walking up the stairs to the beautiful main deck you will find seating for 4 people, a perfect place for drinking your morning coffee. From there you enter into the main level of the house, where you are welcomed to a spacious and well-furnished living room, perfect for relaxing and watching TV with family and friends. From there walk into the kitchen and dining area, complete with a large dining table, island, and stainless-steel appliances. With seating for 9, it’s the perfect place to gather everyone for meals. Walking down the hallway on your right you will find the first bedroom. Furnished with a full over full bunk bed. To the left, there is the second bedroom complete with a queen bed. This room shares its full bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed. Walking out from there you will the full-sized washer and dryer in the hall, useful after a long day at the beach. At the end of the hallway on the right, you will find the master bedroom. This room has a king-sized bed and TV, as well as another full-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower.
