Coastal Soiree is a large, comfortable home in town, located 0.7 miles to the beach, 1.6 miles to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. This home is built on three levels with the main living-dining-kitchen on the third level with unobstructed panoramic Gulf views from the inside and under the covered balcony. Feel the island vibe inside with marine life décor in bright colors carried throughout as well as new furniture, artwork and kitchen.
The ground floor is made up of a detached apartment with a full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic cookware and utensils. Dine at the breakfast bar with seating for three.
The living area is comprised of a couch, an ottoman and an armchair. The hallway bathroom holds a vanity and a tile shower with a glass door. Get a good night’s rest in the bedroom with a King size bed, nightstands, closet and a chest for your beach attire. *The detached apartment cannot be accessed by the upper floors.*
The back patio is an excellent area to grill up the day’s catch, cool off sitting at the picnic table or rinse off using the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Bring out your competitive side in the separate bedroom/game room while playing shuffleboard or Ping-Pong or sit in one of three armchairs as a spectator, when ready to retire for the night. This room also has a bunk bed with Twin beds and a twin trundle underneath. The game room closet contains Cornhole, Giant Jenga, Giant 4across, Ring Toss and beach toys. If the games are not in the closet, they will be waiting for you outside. An elevator services all three floors, from the ground floor game room, for those unable to walk upstairs. * Please notify the management company to activate the elevator before your arrival*
The second floor contains two bedrooms and bathrooms. The first guest bathroom includes a vanity, a shower with a frosted glass door, a blow-dryer, and a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Guest room 3 (BR3) holds a Queen bed, closet, armchair, TV and access to the back balcony.
Guest room 4 (BR4) contains a bunk bed with a Twin over a King, an armchair, chest for your beach attire, a TV, a closet and access to the back balcony. A second bathroom stands at the end of the hall with a vanity, a blow-dryer and a tub/shower with a sliding glass door.
The third floor is the heart of the home for cooking and gathering. The living room provides a place to congregate with a large plush sectional with pillows, two matching armchairs and a wall-mounted TV. Take your morning coffee out to the back balcony to take in the dazzling sunrises and full Gulf views. Prepare family meals in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, blue back splash, top-end Cuisinart and Ninja counter appliances such as a filter-less coffee maker, blender, food processor, dishes, children’s dinnerware and cups, basic cookware and utensils.
Dine at a table with seating for four and additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. Guests can use the half bath off of the kitchen. Venture to the master suite, which offers a King size bed, nightstands, a wall-mounted TV and access to the back balcony. The private bathroom boasts a closet, a vanity, a blow-dryer and a shower with a frosted glass door.
Coastal Soiree provides the perfect place to stay and celebrate any occasion. Conveniently located across the street from another property within our listings, they can be rented at the same time for family reunions, group vacations and larger getaways.
