The Space:
Situated in a contemporary complex, this delightful two-bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and boasts cozy furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The expansive open-plan living space encompasses a sleek, fully equipped kitchen complete with all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals, a dining table, a sofa, an armchair, and a smart TV. High-speed broadband is available throughout the entire property. Two generously sized double bedrooms feature large windows, ample clothing storage, and plush double beds adorned with hotel-quality linens. The spacious family bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, along with a toilet, a sink, and complimentary toiletries accompanied by fluffy towels for your convenience. Additionally, a parking spot is available for one vehicle.

The Neighborhood:
Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 25 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe’s, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or bus ride away. There is a large Sainsburys supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment.
Getting Around:
Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 25 minutes on foot, or a very short drive or bus journey. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
