Bathroom: Modern bathroom with bath and shower, toilet, sink, complimentary toiletries, and fluffy towels. Laundry: Paid laundry facilities available in the communal area. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials for two guests, perfect for short or extended stays. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. The Neighborhood: Located in the City Centre, you are within walking distance of most major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are a number of small supermarkets just around the corner from the building. Points of interest within walking distance include; Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs, Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants overlooking the docks. Getting Around: As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the road around the corner from the building. Liverpool Central Train Station is just 5 minutes walk away. Other Things to Note: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
