The open-plan living area connects to a private outdoor terrace with a BBQ, dining space, and lounge seating, perfect for unwinding after a day by the sea. The townhouse is set in a gated community with a large swimming pool and padel court, adding to the convenience of the stay. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, and shops in San Pedro, while Puerto Banús is just a 5-minute drive away.
