The kitchen is a refined statement of modern design, featuring waterfall marble countertops, sleek custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances. An expansive dining area and oversized island create the perfect setting for relaxed gatherings. Five beautifully appointed bedrooms provide sophisticated accommodations with ensuites with designer finishes and natural materials, enhancing the home’s warm, inviting ambiance. A private outdoor hot tub offers a serene après-ski experience, surrounded by trees and mountain air. Tucked away in the coveted West Vail area, the home provides both seclusion and convenience, with easy access to world-class skiing, hiking, and Vail Village. BEDROOM DETAILS - Bedroom One - Main - King bed, ensuite with double vanity and spa shower with bench, private balcony - Bedroom Two - Guest - Queen bed with desk, mountain view, and ensuite - Bedroom Three - Guest - Queen bed with desk and floor-to-ceiling windows - Bedroom Four - Bunk Room - L-shaped bunk bed with two twins over a queen bed - Bedroom Five - Office/Guest Bedroom - Pull-out sofa that converts to queen bed beside a desk/workspace WHAT WE LOVE - Private hot tub. - Modern finishes throughout the home. - Ski storage for added convenience. WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 11 people. - The maximum number of cars is 3. - There are two parking spaces available in the two-car garage and one parking space in the driveway. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. - Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
