This spectacular 3 bedroom home is located in the upmarket area of Knightsbridge, in the heart of London, close to many of the main tourist spots, shops and museums. The property features 3 large bedrooms, 2 generous bathrooms as well as a guest toilet on the ground floor. There’s a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room, 2 generous sitting rooms and a beautifully tiled terrace. High speed WiFi is available throughout the house, along with a large TV and a number of other creature comforts!
The Space:
This Victorian property is set over 4 floors (no lift) and has been finished to an impeccable standard throughout. The 2 sitting rooms are bright and spacious, with wooden floors, elegant furniture and with doors that open out on to the generous terrace. The master bedroom is conservatively decorated, and boasts an en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub surrounded in marble. All bedrooms have beds made up with crisp hotel linen, and fluffy towels for each guest. There are also complimentary toiletries. The kitchen has ample space for guests to dine at the large table and has the equipment needed to cook meals at home. High speed WiFi is available throughout the house, along with a large TV, kitchen equipment to cook meals at home, a coffee machine and laundry facilities (washer/dryer).

Guests will have access to all parts of the house, and be the sole occupants.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the centre of one of the most prestigious areas of London. The famous Harrod’s department store is just a short stroll around the corner and all of the area’s upmarket restaurants and boutiques are within easy reach. The V&A, Natural History and Science museum are all within a 10 minute walk from the house. Other nearby attractions include Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall and Buckingham Palace. The house benefits from being on a quiet road with very little through traffic, at the same time as being in the centre of London.
Getting Around:
Many major attractions including boutique shops, museums, parks, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance of the house. Knightsbridge and South Kensington tube stations are both just 5 minutes walk away, servicing the Circle, District and Piccadilly lines, meaning every corner of London is easily accessible in no time. There are also several bus routes leaving from the main road, a short distance from the property.
Other Things to Note:
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in.
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees.
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.
