In the heart of the Itria Valley, in central Puglia, Masseria Antoglia Exclusive Villa M is a beautiful country house that has been lovingly restored using local materials and now sleeps up to 12 people. Guests have exclusive access to the whole property including a private pool and extensive outside space. It is the ideal holiday choice for friends or family who want to relax in quiet countryside, explore Puglia’s ancient towns and beautiful beaches.
The villa has many different living spaces and seating areas where guests can relax. There are indoor and outdoor dining options, with private terraces for more intimate dinners and larger areas for everyone to get together. The fully-equipped professional kitchen has everything guests might need for seamless , including a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. There is a personal chef available on request, who can create regional tasting menus.
The gardens have been created with as much care and attention as the house. There are green lawns dotted with olive trees; shaded terraces where guests can relax with a book and a private swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, ideal after a refreshing dip.

The Val d’Itria is famous for its olive oil and trulli, [small, conical houses only found in this part of Italy]. Many of Puglia’s most beautiful sites are within easy reach. Ostuni (30 minutes) is known as the White City. Perched on a hilltop overlooking the valley it is a charming spot. Explore the narrow medieval streets or the famous cathedral which combines many different architectural styles. Don’t miss the bustling weekly market (Saturday morning) where you can pick the best local ingredients, from around the region.
Martina Franca (25 minutes) is a stunning combination of simple whitewashed local houses, palaces and magnificent Baroque architecture. The town Alberobello (50 minutes) looks like something from a fairytale and is a must-see. It is a town of trulli and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
For more sporty guests, the house is on the Val d’Itria cycle route which runs the length of the valley along the route of an ancient aqueduct. Local tours can be arranged for a day exploring the countryside.
For guests keen to get to the coast, some of the most striking beaches on Puglia’s Adriatic coast and on the Ionian Sea are only 40 minutes away.
The closest airport is Salento Airport in Brindisi, a 40-minute drive from the house.
