Escape with family or friends to Il Borgo, just a short walk from the beach! This ground-floor apartment sleeps up to 6 people. With a lovely shaded terrace and private garden, it is the ideal holiday home-from-home in the charming resort of Loiri Porto San Paolo.
The apartment consists of a spacious living area which includes a contemporary sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with 6 chairs, and a well-equipped kitchen with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
French windows lead out to the shaded terrace which serves as an outdoor dining room, as it is furnished with a table, chairs and a cosy banquette. It opens onto the pretty garden. Here guests can relax in total privacy thanks to two sun loungers.

Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and glass doors that open onto another private garden.
Bedroom 2: This second room has a French bed (140cmx190cm), suitable for 1 or 2 people, and a wardrobe
Extra: The living room sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed.

There are two attractively tiled bathrooms. Each has a shower, bidet, basin, and WC.
Extra: There is also an outdoor shower, which is perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day on the beach.
