The open-plan living space features a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed, and built-in banquette seating. The modern kitchen is fitted with an Italian coffee machine(espresso ground coffee), an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. The mezzanine floor can be accessed via a flight of stairs and faces the living room. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is on the mezzanine overlooking the living room, with a king-size double bed, digital flat screen TV, and wardrobe. The town is known for its pink granite quarries and historic villas, including the 19th-century Villa Fedora (a 15-minute walk). The villa’s gardens are now a public park which extends to the shoreline and a pretty beach, providing a peaceful escape for visitors all year round. Piazza della Chiesa and the historic Church of Santi Gervasio e Protasio (a 10-minute walk) are a must for lovers of art and culture. Here, guests will find a rich collection of frescoes and paintings, including those adorning the elegant arched walkway that frames the square itself. Guests can also take a boat tour from the ferry port in Stresa (a 7-minute drive away) to explore the three Borromean Islands, Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy Garden Alpinia in Alpino (a 25-minute drive) and the nearby Mottarone Mountain (a 40-minute drive) with panoramic views across the Lake.
