Quietly situated on the outskirts of the peaceful village of Tanaunella, the property is arranged over 2 floors and enjoys plenty of outside space. Both bedrooms enjoy access to a sunny balcony, and the main terrace incorporates a sun deck with loungers and a shady alfresco dining area.
The contemporary interior features a spacious open plan living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table, a flatscreen Smart TV and a well-stocked library of books and games. This area also incorporates the kitchen, which is fitted with: a Moka coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and an American fridge freezer.
