Property Manager are delighted to present Beach Retreat in Saundersfoot. A first-floor, contemporary one-bedroom apartment, ideal for couples wanting to escape to the beach, with fantastic sea views and direct access down the spiral stairs to the beach.
Saundersfoot has a lot to offer, especially in the outdoors, activities include hiring bicycles and equipment for paddleboarding and surfing, boat trips from Saundersfoot to spot Pembrokeshire’s Sea life or crabbing on the harbour decking. There are many walks and trails to explore, as well as the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. You might like to relax in the village, pottery painting or visiting the shops, cafes, local confectionaries, pubs and restaurants. Pembrokeshire has a fascinating history to discover, the nearby towns of Tenby and Narberth are definitely worth a visit, but don’t forget the amazing family attractions in the area too.
Beach Retreat has been renovated into a luxury one bedroom, one-bathroom, modern, fashionably styled apartment with a trendy and unique décor, whilst prioritising the comfort for your holiday.
It has picturesque views of Saundersfoot beach, and the sentinel Monterey Cypress known locally as ‘The Lonely Tree’, proudly perched upon Scar rock just outside. Whilst you sit in the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, the sliding doors capture the spectacular views over Saundersfoot bay, with its direct access to the beach, you will be able to wake up to glorious views of the sea and also be moments away from stepping onto the soft sand or dipping your toes into the clear water.
At your property, steps lead up to the first-floor balcony where you will find your apartment. As you enter the apartment from the front you are welcomed into a well-proportioned hallway with a sofa and plenty of space to store your boots and coats.
Down the corridor, you will find an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner benefiting from wall-to-wall views of the sea. The lounge has a comfortable leather three-seater sofa, matching armchair and coffee table. The wall mounted Smart TV can be pulled out to a comfortable position for curling up in front of your favourite programmes after a day at the beach.
The contemporary kitchen area is well equipped with an electric microwave oven and hob, kettle, toaster, under-counter fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There is a good selection of cooking utensils and crockery for you to enjoy preparing and eating meals within the apartment. The wooden dining table with four rattan chairs is perfect for enjoying a meal or a glass of wine before relaxing on the balcony to watch the boats coming back into the harbour after a day at sea.
The bedroom is situated towards the front of the apartment, furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and bedside drawers with ample space for clothes and belongings, it benefits from fitted wooden shutters and an additional black out blind for aiding perfect sleep.
The modern shower room is found opposite the bedroom, with a walk in rainfall shower, wash basin, mirror and toilet.
Outside benefits from a small, balcony area with comfy chairs and small table for two, offering direct access to the beach via the spiral stairs.
The apartment also benefits from electric heaters throughout and Wi-Fi.
There is a designated, numbered, parking bay for one car in the private car park.
