Stunning end-unit townhouse in tropical Hawaii. Come relax and unwind in Paradise. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 story townhouse is 1860 sq. ft, and sleeps 6 people comfortably. There is a trundle bed in the sitting area upstairs which could sleep another person or 2. P1 is a very quiet and private condo at the end of the drive. We have lots of toys in the garage, bikes, golf clubs, boogies boards, snorkels, etc. Go to the beach or hang out by one of the two pools on property. Beaches are 5 minutes away by car. If you don’t want to get in the car, you can walk to Waikoloa Queens shops in minutes where you will find restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store and a theater.
On the lanai there is a built-in BBQ, a dining table and a sitting area. The views are of lovely green gold courses.
There is free WIFI available. There are 4 TV’s, one in each bedroom and one in the living room.
The master bedroom suite is upstairs and has a king bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet.
There is a private lanai off the master bedroom with views of the golf course greens, ocean and sunset.
The second bedroom is also upstairs and has a Cal King Bed and its own ensuite bathroom.
The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen bed with a full bathroom adjacent.
The kitchen is in the center of the family area and is fully equipped for you to prepare meals. Everyone can help or hang out as there is lots of counter space. You will find top of the line appliances and a wine fridge.
There are two dining areas, each seating 6, one is on the lanai and one is off the kitchen.
There is a fitness area onsite if you prefer to work out in a gym.
Please note that the Waikoloa Beach Villas complex is NON SMOKING. This includes ALL common areas as well as the townhouse and surrounding lanai’s.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations made on or before March 5, 2026: Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus credit card processing and reservation fees. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Reservations made on or after March 6, 2026: Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a refund of the total rental amount minus credit card processing and reservation fees, credited to the original credit card on file. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
NOTE: An extra cleaning fee will be charged for reservations longer than 14 days.
