One Signature home + one Traditional home merge together to form a “mini compound” within Property Manager. We are a 10-home village nestled in a ryegrass field in the Gallatin Valley. Designed for group stays, guests will have access to shared sauna, walking trails, and fire pits. The mini compound also features a hot tub and exclusive views of Ramshorn Ridge, overlooking a neighboring ranch. You’ll find a warm, inviting space with everything you need to dive headfirst into Big Sky living.

Yes — you’re booking two separate homes side by side that together feel like a mini compound. Your group will share outdoor amenities like the hot tub with each other, and you’ll also have access to the community sauna, trails, and fire pits shared with all guests staying in Property Manager.
➤ Is this a good place for remote work?
Yes—each home has high-speed Wi-Fi. We don’t provide streaming accounts.
➤ What about kids and pets?
Kids: We provide a pack-and-play, high chair, family-friendly dishware, plus a large selection of toys, games, and activities.
Pets: Each home includes a dog crate, bed, water bowl, and leash. Please register all pets in advance to avoid additional fees.

You’ll have full, private access to your house and hot tub. You’ll share access to the sauna, fire-pits, views, and walking paths with the other guests on the property. You’ll have exclusive access to your homes by way of key codes as well as garage door openers for the 2-car garages.
Best to have a car. We’re happy to help you arrange this if helpful. Turo is a great place to look and airport pickup is seamless.
Property Manager is a dog-friendly property. We know how important 4-legged members of the family can be, and want them to be a part of your time reconnecting with what matters in Big Sky. If you would like to bring your dog with you during your stay, please ensure you pay our pet fee before arrival and review the following guidelines:
✓ All dogs must be listed on reservation when booking, including breed.
✓ Must be housebroken, and owners must clean up after their pets in the public space.
✓ Dogs are not allowed on any furniture. We will provide dog beds to ensure their comfort!
✓ Dogs may not be left alone in the home or tied up outside. A crate can be provided upon request.
✓ Dogs must be on leash at all times in the backyard or roadway.
✓ A $200 fine will be applied to reservations for undisclosed or unapproved pets
