Regarded as one of the most coveted locations in the ONLY oceanfront condominium community in Mauna Lani, you quickly appreciate the vantage point of being on the second floor as you drink in the view before you; the vast Pacific Ocean spreads out beyond the meticulously manicured fairways of the famed Mauna Lani South Course, and you already feel the relaxation that awaits you as you watch the ocean roll in from your lanai.
You won’t want to miss watching the sun set into the ocean or seeing the stars come out and blanket the sky; all from your own lanai.
You’ll feel right at home with the granite countertops, Viking and Bosch appliances, hardwood floors, updates throughout, and luxurious furnishings. With two king master bedrooms, it’s perfectly set up for two couples or a family of four, each with en-suite bathrooms, and on opposite sides of the condo for a little separation; you have the ideal gathering space in the central part of the unit, with the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room all feeding out to the large lanai, where you will undoubtedly spend most of your time.
One master bedroom is complete with walk out lanai, separate shower, soaking tub and toilet closet. The second Master bedroom is comfortable and welcoming with a high vaulted ceiling, en suite full bathroom, and expansive views of the Kohala and Mauna Kea mountains.
The comfortable and elegant living room with tray ceiling and ambient cove lighting, large screen TV, separate desk/office area, koa hardwood floors and beautiful koa wood kitchen cabinets and dining area provides a relaxed atmosphere as you plan your island adventures.
This condo comes with its own assigned covered parking spot.
We also include free WiFi, central air, and beach equipment such as a cooler, beach towels, and 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs. We provide useful items such as laundry and dish soap, shampoo and body wash and paper products.
We also manage the unit directly below if you need more space for a larger family. OTA number for that is 1563427.
Mauna Lani Resort offers many amenities to enjoy including two 18 hole championship golf courses, biking and hiking trails and The Shops at Mauna Lani with various shops and restaurants. As our Guest, you will have access to the private Owner’s Beach Club and Restaurant which is for all Mauna Lani Resort Owners.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations made on or before March 5, 2026: Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus credit card processing and reservation fees. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Reservations made on or after March 6, 2026: Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a refund of the total rental amount minus credit card processing and reservation fees, credited to the original credit card on file. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
