Welcome to The Sister’s a collection of two homes on the same property. The big sister (Bernie) sleeps 7 in the main house. Spread between 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a full bath.
The second sister (Louie) sleeps 2 in a tiny house on the same property. Equipted with its king bed, bath and full kitchen and living space, this is the perfect spot for a couple to share while traveling with a larger group.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
We live in town so can be available in an emergency otherwise we plan to give you your space to relax and enjoy all the Boyne and Norther Michigan has to offer.
Our neighborhood is very walkable. There are a number of great restaurants you can get to as well as shopping, the beach and bike trails.
It is good to have a car at this location.

Young State Park 3 miles
Petoskey, Gaylord, East Jordan and Charlevoix all 30 minutes drive.
You will have full access to the whole home and property. The main house + the guest house and the exterior patios.
We want you to be comfortable. Furnishing have been added to make that possible. Lamps, throws, new mattresses, charging stations for your phones, well stocked kitchen, full size toiletries in the bathroom all add to your experience.
