Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. We would love it if you could remove your shoes when entering the home. Absolutely no pets, no smoking or parties are allowed. Only 6 occupants can occupy the property during any rental. Rentee must be staying on premise during the whole booking and must be at least 25 years old. We live near by. Most things we can handle via text or phone call but can be available in person when needed.
