It’s rare to find a place that’s both historic and one-of-a-kind. Located on the banks of the Boyne River in Boyne City’s beautiful historic district, RIVERSBYE offers and unparalleled vacation or extended stay experience.
Owned and cared for by the original family for nearly 100 years, as it is today, this gorgeous and immaculately restored home is being offered for the very first time to guests.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
We would love it if you could remove your shoes when entering the home.
Absolutely no pets, no smoking or parties are allowed. Only 6 occupants can occupy the property during any rental. Rentee must be staying on premise during the whole booking and must be at least 25 years old.
We live near by. Most things we can handle via text or phone call but can be available in person when needed.
Bedroom renovations underway- to be completed by May 2026.
The home is situated on 130 feet of park-like river frontage that affords all the peace and serenity the North can offer. It is just upstream from Lake Charlevoix.
You are located on a quite side street but right off the main hub of downtown Boyne City.
Walkable to downtown Boyne City and all the town has to offer- dine, shop, nightlife, bars, events

The whole home and property are yours during the stay.
Owner lives nearby and is radily available to be on site to help in the event of an issue arrising.
Riversbye is under renovations this winter and bedrooms will be completed by May 2026. We are adding 2 king bedrooms to replace the queen beds. The twin bedroom will remain as twin beds but will be totally refreshed with new furniture and custom headboards.
Riversbye offers 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. 2 ensuites are upstairs and one is located on the main floor. A large sitting area with fireplace is located right off the full size dining area. The kitchen is well appointed and should have all you need to cook a fabulous meal or two during your stay. The front sitting area has a TV equipped with Roku stream all your shows with your log ins. While the inside is nicely appointed it likely will be spending most of your time outside on the beautifully crafted hardscaped patio. A large dining table, grill and yard await you. Please feel free to use the complimentary kayaks and canoe. Lifejackets are stored in the garage.
The central air conditioning is in the bedrooms, baths and kitchen. The main living room is not cooled with central air but is located off the kitchen so it will move through the area.
