This home is perfect for large groups that want to be able to gather together and also have enough space to spread out. The first floor of the home features a king bedroom with a connected full bathroom that is also accessible from the hall. The open concept floor plan is perfect for making memories, whether you want to watch your favorite shows and movies on the large smart TV, head to the fully stocked modern kitchen to prepare your favorite foods, or gather around the large dining table for a meal or a game. The second floor features three additional bedrooms, an apartment above the garage, three full bathrooms, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The home is situated in a quiet family friendly neighborhood in St. Augustine that is great for walking and biking, and is within a mile of historic downtown and numerous island attractions. Across the street is city open space bordering the water where you can wind down on a park bench, or even drop a paddle board into the water. Paddle out to the sand bar at low tide or all the way across to the inlet and beaches at beautiful Anastasia State Park. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances. No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
