The Tosca apartment is nestled in the San Marco District and is tastefully furnished with some antiques smartly blended with contemporary pieces.
It is a spacious and truly elegant apartment located only few meters from the famous Fenice Theatre, known by the connoisseurs to be one of the best Opera Houses in the world.
The location is possibly the best in Venice Historical Center for its quietness, beauty and central position. The public transport stop and the supermarket are only 2 minutes’ walk away and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés in the surroundings.
It is found at the 1st floor of an historic Palazzo that gain access from Campiello dei Callegheri and is equipped with elevator, it has been long-time owned by the same family who completely renovated it and now offered to our privileged guests.
The original XIX century Venetian Terrazzo flooring and prints decorating the walls perfectly merge with the textured linen curtains and sofas. An extra touch of class: the original 60’s Murano Glass chandeliers from the Pauly collection. The result is a clean and comfortable ambience which accommodates anyone’s taste.
Beside the location and the exquisite interior design, the great plus of the Tosca apartment is definitively the picturesque views on the little square called “Campiello” and the canal nearby.
The Tosca apartment is laid out on about 160 square meters and is composed of a large living and dining hall furnished with plenty of comfortable seats, a double sofa-bed, a large glass designer table that can seat up to 10 people in comfort, and interesting antique pieces. There are 2 king size bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (that can become a double), all of which are equipped with high quality Simmons mattresses for your maximum comfort.
There are 2 full bathrooms with shower, coated with Ecomalta, an innovative and ecological material used to create continuous and minimalistic surfaces. To complete the idyllic picture: a functional kitchen equipped with Hutschenreuther Maria Theresia weiß porcelain tableware, a set of professional cooking pots and pans that can be used to prepare delicious dinners, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a professional American coffee maker! Every room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and there is climate-controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection and there is a Smart TV in the living room.
The Tosca apartment (named after the well-known Opera from Giacomo Puccini, represented also at the Fenice Theatre) is highly recommended for 6 demanding guests who are looking for a truly charming and exclusive home, but the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people for short stays also.
Additional Rules & Information
• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via OTA.
• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.
• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page
• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.
• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.
• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.
• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
