Check-in and check-out instructions will be available to you via your Guest Pass sent to you upon booking. In the unlikely event that the lift is not working, you will need to take the stairs. This apartment is located on the 32nd floor. You may be required to take the waste out to the waste deposit area located in the corridor. Details will be provided in your Guest Pass. All manuals for all electronic items can be found in an apartment help book folder, in a drawer in the kitchen. There are a number public pay and display street parking spaces available all around the development. Minimum 28-day stays minimum The apartment is very well located at the south end of Deansgate in central Manchester. The nearest train station is Deansgate, which also has a bus stop and metrolink (tram) station to be able to get just about anywhere in the city. In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest portal, powered by Enso Connect. The deposit hold places an authorisation hold on a card of your choosing £250. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fees are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late checkout and other services, extra guests and or extra nights.
