The main house offers 7 bedrooms with a private guest house offering 2 additional bedrooms. There are 5 king beds, 4 queens, 2 sofa beds and two cots.
If you wish to pay via Credit Card, there will be a 3% processing fee. Price Match for similar properties!!!
You will be asked to sign our standard rental agreement with a breakdown of fees. You are not required to pay additional fees that have not been previously disclosed to you. The rental contract is a standard agreement that all guests are required to sign.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
