1678 Bluff Villas is new to the vacation rental market for spring 2025! This beautiful condo has been completely renovated from top to bottom with custom features and luxury in mind. The open-concept floor plan offers plenty of space to spread out with a comfortably furnished living area, complete with a Smart TV, bar area with beverage fridge and access to the private courtyard. The courtyard features seating for 4, a gas grill and views of the sound beyond. Back inside, you’ll find a dining area with seating for 6, as well as additional seating at the spacious kitchen bar. The gourmet kitchen has been outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless appliances, custom cabinets and plenty of counter space. Just off the kitchen you’ll find a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The owners have also installed an air purification system, with cleanliness as a top priority. *Please note: Guests staying in 1678 Bluff Villas have access to the South Beach Marina Pool. Guests will need to purchase pool passes.
