Designed for two people, it features a bedroom with a private bathroom and dressing area, a spacious living room with a dinning table (which can also be used as a desk), and a fully equipped kitchen. Every detail has been carefully considered to offer optimal comfort, whether for working, relaxing, or exploring the city.
Located in a semi-recent building with a large elevator, this apartment blends Parisian charm with modern style. Designed with great taste and attention to detail, it offers ultimate comfort and is fully equipped to ensure a perfect stay for several weeks or months.

***LOCAL REGULATIONS***
PLEASE NOTE THAT, due to local regulations in Paris, this apartment can only be rented under what’s called a Mobility Lease. This type of lease requires a document justifying the reason for your stay — for example:
- A work-related document,
- Proof of enrollment in a study program or French classes,
- Or confirmation of participation in a workshop or other event during your stay.
However, if your rental period exceeds 90 days, no justification is needed. In that case, instead of a Mobility Lease, we will sign a Temporary Second Home Lease together.
This is simply a mandatory administrative formality and does not affect your OTA reservation in any way.

The Picpus-Nation-Daumesnil district is very well connected by public transportation, making it easy to get around Paris. Nation station is a major transport hub, providing access to several key metro lines and the RER A. Line 1 runs east to west through the city, stopping at landmarks like the Louvre and the Champs-Élysées, while Line 6 offers stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. Lines 2, 8, and 9 also provide quick access to lively areas such as Montmartre, Bastille, and Trocadéro. The RER A connects directly to La Défense and Disneyland Paris, making this neighborhood especially convenient for a long stay. Additionally, several bus lines, Vélib’ bike stations, and cycling paths offer flexible and comfortable ways to explore the city at your own pace.
