HIGHLIGHTS - Adjacent to community pool - Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach - Outdoor seating on upper balconies - Pets permitted (under 40 pounds), two pets max (restrictions apply, see below) - Golf cart rental very close by - Carport parking will accommodate 3-4 mid-size vehicles or two large SUV’s. There is no overflow parking available. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest’s drivers license is required - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $150.00+tax, per stay short term, $250 + tax per stay long term. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days. - We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments - Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live.
