•The wood burning fireplace in basement is non-operational. However, There is a gas fireplace in living room.
•We provide 2 extra large dog crates in garage. Pets must be in crates when left alone.
•This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; the pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.
For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
