Adjacent to the living area, a dedicated workspace for one is positioned beside expansive sliding glass doors that open to the private outdoor balcony.

Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. Please note that guests will need to provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: One designated space in the subterranean parking garage. Street parking is available in the complex on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will be provided with one parking pass to allow parking in the complex’s street parking stalls.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Property Manager at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack’ N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
