The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office. Laundry: A shared washer and dryer are located on the outside North walkway, a complimentary starter set of laundry essentials is provided. Parking: One small covered carport space - compact vehicles only. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available. YOUR SPACE: Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire upper 2BR/1BA residence. This includes all interior spaces and the private upper deck. The two additional residences in this triplex are not included in this listing, but can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger groups. NEWPORT BEACH REGULATIONS: This neighborhood is primarily residential and known for its peaceful, quiet atmosphere. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries. Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Property Manager at very reasonable rates. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances. City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
