Here’s what you’ll find: LIVING/DINING AREA: - Upholstered sofa and love seat set - Cable TV - Dining table w/ seating for 4 - Barstool seating for 3 at the adjacent kitchen counter KITCHEN: - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - All major appliances; small appliances - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) BEDROOMS: - Bedroom #1: Queen bed; Roku TV - Bedroom #2: Full/twin bunk bed set w/ twin trundle EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival. HALLWAY BATHROOM: Tub/shower combo LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival. OUTDOOR LIVING: Front patio w/ seating for 2; propane gas BBQ grill; shared outdoor shower ALSO INCLUDED: - Wi-Fi - 4 low-profile beach chairs - central air conditioning/heating - hair dryer; iron/ironing board - wood-look tile flooring - starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts) LAUNDRY: Shared coin-operated laundry facility located in closet along the side walkway near back gate; guests must provide their own supplies and quarters. PARKING: 1 small covered carport space - compact vehicles only! General area street parking can be used, when available, in the area - some free; some metered. ALSO: The other two units located on-site (1 bedroom/1 bath & 2 bedroom/2 bath) can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family or business groups on the entire property. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula’s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard. RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information. CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach. SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
