Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

We prioritise your comfort and safety, as well as that of your furry companions. To ensure a harmonious living environment, please familiarise yourself with our pet policy.
- We allow a maximum of two pets per resident, visiting pets are not permitted in the building and puppies under 3 months old are not allowed. Certain breeds may have restrictions; please consult our Reservations Team before making your booking.
- Pets must be kept on a leash or restrained in and around the building. Cats must be spayed/neutered and are not allowed in common indoor areas. Please double-bag litter before disposing of it; flushing it is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed in the Wellness Space (level 9 amenities), including the Gym, Pool, and Spin room. We kindly request that pets do not cause noise or disturbances to others.
- Prohibited pets include snakes, reptiles, rodents, and wild animals, as per state and federal law. Aquariums must not exceed 50 litres.
- A dedicated Pet Spa/Washroom is available on the lower ground level for all residents and occupants. Please use the Pet Spa responsibly; we kindly ask you to understand that Urban Rest cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur.
