The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, and includes all major and small appliances. A breakfast bar with barstool seating for three provides additional dining space. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mat by making advance arrangements with our office. Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the hallway laundry room, with complimentary laundry supplies provided. Parking: One carport parking space is provided per unit and is suitable for most vehicle sizes, with access from the rear alley. Additional neighborhood parking is available, including both metered and unmetered options. YOUR SPACE: Guests will have private, exclusive access to the entire ground-floor residence, including all interior spaces and the oceanfront patio. The second-floor residence is not included in this listing, but can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger groups. SUPPORT THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY: We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and seamless stay. While we respect your privacy, our team is available to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit. We will not be present at the property during your stay unless assistance is requested. NEWPORT BEACH REGULATIONS: This neighborhood is primarily residential and known for its peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Failure to do so may result in fines and/or eviction without a refund. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries. Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Property Manager at very reasonable rates. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and or recording devices in outdoor spaces and or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances. City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
