An incredible point of view from which you will dominate the whole port and admire the sunrise, Notre Dame de La Garde, or the entries and exits of the boats. Entirely renovated in 2022 by an interior designer, its 76m² will offer you a large living space with 2 large bay windows and a full view thanks to the glass railings. A large master bedroom with exterior above the port, as well as a child’s bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) will allow you to spend an incredible stay in Marseille. Sheets and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, your bed will be made upon your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also provided. Wifi internet access by fiber.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
