On the lowest level you will find the 5th bedroom which is a private suite boasting a small kitchenette, en-suite bathroom and has it’s own private entrance. This property is perfectly located with views for days, positioned at the entrance to a quiet cul-de-sac and a 2 minute walk away from a scenic mountain hike along the 12 Apostles mountain range.
