A very cozy place, recently renovated, with recent equipment and careful decoration. Warm colors will make you feel like in a little cocoon. Two small balconies make up this bright apartment.
Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).
To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we cannot give you access to the property unless you sign a formal contract.
This does not call into question the conditions subscribed via our site or via the various rental platforms.
Other remarks :
- During your stay, you will be welcomed by our Property Manager team. Bed linen, towels and a few necessities will be provided.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures can also be carried out on arrival and departure.
