Steps away from the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, our 2500+ sq foot home will be the perfect home base for you and your group while in town! With 5 bedrooms (7 beds) and 3 full bathrooms (including 1 handicap accessible bedroom and bath.) Plenty of space for the whole crew! Pet friendly! First floor features a handicap accessible Queen bed. There is the only bedroom on the first floor, all others (4 bedrooms) are located upstairs. There is a handicap ramp out front. Designed by a local designer, our home is curated to your comfort and enjoyment. Each bedroom has its own little theme.. The master is a nod to our beautiful parks system here in Northeast Ohio and features a king bed and pull out sofa bed plus an attached full bath with shower and separate tub. We have the Rock N Roll Room with cool memorabilia from the Home of Rock N Roll! We love our sports here in CLE and we show support for our Browns and Cavs in two separate bedrooms. And we had to show support for our wonderful theater district at Playhouse Square! There is one bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor that are both ADA compliant and we have a ramp going up the front of the house as well to avoid any steps. The dining space and living room and gorgeous and provide excellent spaces to enjoy meals together and some quality bonding time. The fully stocked kitchen will have everything you could need while here, from coffee and tea to pots and pans to make your favorite meals. The back deck has a grill and chair to enjoy a nice summer evening! You will also have access to the attached 2 car garage! You will have the entire home to yourselves. Self check in with an electronic code given 72 hours prior to arrival. The RTA bus transport is close by -- as well as -- easy access to Uber and Lyft options. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are not able to grant early or late checkouts at this time under most cases. There are times if we have open nights where we can accommodate it, but given the size of the house and time it takes to prepare, we cannot accommodate late checkout or early check ins if we have checkins or checkouts same day. We do allow for bag drop. Pets Welcome: $150 Fee/per pet. 2 pet maximum. Note: You must disclose in the messages if you are bringing an animal. ESA animals must pay fee.
