The enormous and luxurious screened-in private porch with gas fireplace is perfect for relaxing and drinking in the views while also sipping your morning coffee or a delicious glass (bottle?) of wine to watch the sunset.

You have your own yard overlooking Lake Erie, but note, our neighbors are close, so please keep your guest to our yard only and noise to a minimum during quiet hours. (11pm - 8am). So feel free to explore! But please be conscious and respectful of other neighbors and their pets.
Keyless entry. No stairs to get inside house. 4 bedrooms on ground floor, including a master suite and main master suite is upstairs. Entire Home, Personal fire-pit and HUGE screened in porch over looking Lake Erie.
Parking available for 2 cars in front of garages, and 2 more spaces to the right of them. 4 cars total can fit on our property on both driveways.
There is NO garage access available.
No Beach Access
Early Check in & Late Check out: At this time we cannot accommodate late checkouts or early check ins due to the time it takes to prepare the house for the next guests. Thank you for understanding! We do offer bag drop option if you need it!
