Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or events allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.
- NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review and fine.
- LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting with Airbnb due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).
- PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.
- GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture. We love to see your smiling faces 😊.
- EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).
- As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest. Nobody wants to deal with that. If you do have a mishap, just clean up after yourself and there wont be any issues =)
- Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $25/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule. Thank you,Start: 22:00, End: 7:00
