Inside, you are welcomed by a functional entrance hall with space for coats and shoes. From here you enter a bedroom with two single beds. The bright living room features large windows, a cozy wood-burning stove, and direct access to a 21 m² covered terrace. The open kitchen is well integrated with the dining area. From the living room you also reach a double bedroom, while a second double bedroom with its own terrace access is located off the hallway. A small loft (hems) with two extra sleeping places offers additional space, especially for children. The house has a guest WC and a spacious, light-filled bathroom with shower, whirlpool, and sauna – ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. Outside, the terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a sun lounger, and a barbecue for relaxed evenings. The elevated location ensures wide views, while the sandy beach is only a short walk from the house. Fishing enthusiasts will find good opportunities nearby. A grocery store offering fresh bread rolls is just a five-minute drive away. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. On the terrace there is garden furniture, a sunbed and the possibility of grilling. The house is located high and has views over the water and fields. Directly from the house and at the end of the road is the sandy beach. Good opportunities for fishing in the area. 5 minutes by car to grocery store and fresh bread. Not rented to youth groups.
