A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. Large and spacious holiday home with hot tub located on the outskirts of Havneby on Rømø. It is only approx. 500 m to the Wadden Sea and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The holiday home consists of two buildings. The main house has a large kitchen with dining area and dishwasher, dining room, living room, two bathrooms, one of which has a hot tub and shower, and five bedrooms. In addition, there is a large annex of almost 40 m2 with an activity room with bathroom and two bedrooms. Between the two buildings there is a lovely, enclosed courtyard where you can enjoy the outdoors...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
