Outside, there is an east-facing terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun, and a west-facing terrace for relaxing in the evening sunshine. This layout provides both sun and shade throughout the day, along with wind protection as needed. For the youngest family members, the property includes a swing and seesaw on the grounds, offering safe and fun outdoor activities. Charming cottage with hot tub and sauna close to one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches at Saltum. The house is beautifully situated in the dunes, so nature can be enjoyed from the spacious living room or terrace. In the living room there is plenty of opportunity to relax around the TV and the wood-burning stove or with family games at the dining table. Even when you are cooking in the kitchen, you can still participate in the cozy conversation around the dining table at the kitchen. In one of the bathrooms there is a hot tub and sauna, where you can really relax after a day in North Jutland. The house has four bedrooms, where you can wake up with a view of the dunes and hear the sound of the North Sea. Outside you can find a terrace to the east, where you can enjoy the morning sun and during the day you can move over to the terrace on the west side and enjoy the evening sun. This also means that there is both shelter and sun or shade. For the youngest in the family there is a swing set and seesaw in the garden, while the adults can enjoy the terrace. Not rented to youth groups.
