This beautiful beach house is located in a peaceful section of our beach, near Shore Drive. Allowing for unparalleled marsh views along with a short stroll to the beach, this house has it ALL. You will enjoy the spacious patios and decks that provide a spot for peaceful relaxation and family gatherings! It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Private driveway/under house parking. No street parking allowed. Entry: Use of stairs is required for this property. Self check-in with keypad. Living Area: Spacious couch & additional seating! Perfect for the whole family. Kitchen: Fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Bedroom 1 - One king bed. Bedroom 2 - One queen bed. Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds. Bathrooms - 2 full bathrooms. Washer & Dryer - Private machines! Televisions: All TVs have cable and/or streaming! Patios/Balconies/Decks: Tons of space to enjoy the water views and peaceful sounds of nearby nature. Beach: Short walk to nearby beach access. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Guests will have the entire house for themselves and the complex shared pool. Except private locked owners closets. Guests will have private parking and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: nearby grounds, sidewalks, complex pool, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Routine pest control is on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. The HOA requires entry for the technician. Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No pets. Max guest count is 6. PLEASE NOTE: 1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
