Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,• DOG RULES - MAX of 2 dogs allowed; there is a $100 pet fee per dog, and you will be held responsible for damages; Please inquire with us for more details before booking; Please keep pets off of the beds, furniture, and out of the carpeted basement bedroom.; Yard cleanup - *BAGS ARE PROVIDED* - Please pick up after your PET by disposing of any waste in the trash bin before you check out from the property. A $50 fee will be incurred if the yard is not picked up.; If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred.
- • No smoking, events, parties, or large gatherings - **$1000 fine**
- • Quiet hours 10pm-8am
- • If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the damages.
- • Surveillance device on property: There is a doorbell camera outside by the front door.
- • Please hand wash all pots, pans, and appropriate utensils and place them on the counter pad (located under the kitchen sink) to dry.
- • Check-out time is 11 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.
- *Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay.* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $40 plus shipping costs for any items that need to be mailed back to you (prices may vary for large items).*,Start: 22:00, End: 8:00
