Ideally situated in the centre of Arco, just a 10-minute drive from the lakeside town of Riva del Garda, the property benefits from a spacious terrace with tranquil mountain views. Furnished with a dining table and plenty of chairs, this is the ideal space for alfresco dining and relaxing in the Italian Sun.
The accommodation is quietly arranged over the first floor of a modern two-story building and enjoys a generous open-plan living space which opens onto the terrace and incorporates a modern kitchen and dining room. This area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, a Smart flat-screen TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fitted with a drip coffee machine, a cooker hob, a microwave and a fridge.
