Sleeping arrangements include three double bedrooms spread across the two floors, while children can enjoy a dedicated play area in the loft (hems), which also contains two extra beds. The first-floor living area is bright and inviting, with a wood-burning stove, Smart TV, and beautiful views over the Wadden Sea. Large windows and high-quality furnishings ensure that the home feels spacious and airy, making it easy to relax indoors while still enjoying the scenic surroundings. Outdoor spaces are designed to make the most of the location. The south-facing terrace offers plenty of room for the whole family, complete with two sun loungers and a grill for alfresco dining. For those who prefer to admire the landscape and rich birdlife from above, the covered balcony on the first floor provides a perfect vantage point. With its combination of natural beauty, modern amenities, and thoughtful family-friendly features, this terraced house offers a memorable coastal retreat. Summer house by the Wadden Sea. The summer house with hot tub has a modern architectural style with a classic appearance, built in 2006 and furnished with tasteful and comfortable interiors on both the ground floor and the first floor. Well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a hot tub. There is underfloor heating throughout most of the ground floor. The three good bedrooms, which can accommodate a total of six people, are conveniently distributed on both floors and there is also room for the children to play in the loft at the very top of the house, where there are also two extra beds. The first floor also offers a lovely living room with smart TV and wood-burning stove and a lovely view of the Wadden Sea. The view of the water can certainly also be enjoyed outdoors. If you would rather admire the natural surroundings and the rich bird life from above, you can sit on the first floor’s covered balcony. On the south-facing terrace of the townhouse there is plenty of room for the whole family, where you can lie down and enjoy the sun on the two sun loungers or use the barbecue.
