On a 2300 m2 natural plot with trees, this holiday home with a hot tub, sauna and various activities is located not far from the good beach at Sønderho. The holiday home is 175 m2 and can accommodate 12 people. The house was built in 1986 and was completely renovated in 2016 and today appears as a state-of-the-art and bright holiday home with, among other things, table tennis, billiards and table football. Large, combined kitchen/dining room/living room equipped with, among other things, ceramic hobs, separate oven with grill and hot air function, extractor hood and dishwasher. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
